Our Story

We built Westcore for the ones who’ve been told to wait. To be smaller. Softer. More palatable. To get it all right before they’re allowed to take up space.

We tune in, and train for power, control, and clarity. Every class on the Megaformer is designed to challenge your body without disconnecting you from it. We move slow. We move deep. We move on purpose. And when it’s time to unleash? We bring short, high-intensity bursts that wake up your power—fast.

Every month at Westcore, we dedicate one special class to something bigger than ourselves. Each Purpose Class supports a nonprofit chosen by one of our coaches, because giving back should feel just as powerful as showing up.


100% of proceeds go straight to that month’s cause. Different coaches. Different missions. One community that moves with heart. Move with us. Give back with us. That’s Westcore.
